Dear Wong Family, We are so sorry to hear about Norman's passing. As many families in Porterville, our family and yours merged into more than just a "customer" type relationship. We can only send our most sincere condolences and please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you. The Rafanan Family

There were probably hundreds of us high school students that worked with Norman Wong at Town & Country Mkt. I can only offer my most sincere condolences to the Wong family. I was one of the class of 1965 & 1966 at the Town & Country Mkt. We'll miss you, Norman.

Dear Wong Family,
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I send my sincere condolences to you. I pray that you will get through this painful time with beautiful memories of your dad. You are in my thoughts.
Sincerely, Rosie Gonzales Hernandez

We are thinking of Mr. Wong and his son Clifford and Uncle Teddy. As are
all the people of Porterville.During these difficult times.

Through my friendship with Connie, Norman, Lana and Connie let me join their family life during my highschool years. Clifford was just as sweet. They introduced me to a larger and more diversified world. My culinary , travel and cultural experiences expanded. I will never forget the generous and loving nature of these exceptional souls. I am forever grateful. I would love to reconnect with Connie and Clifford. Rebecca (831-818-8353)

When my brother Roger worked for Town and Country Market, Norman became my late brother Roger's best friend. He would be there for my brother. We will miss him. Norman brought a bit of San Francisco city life to us, country kids. He would always be there for Roger. Norman knew how to have a good time. They would have their annual dove hunting etc. They were such close good friends. We will miss him. Our condolences to the family. /with Love and Prayers, Betty (Wong) De Haan

I didn't know Norman but remember seeing him in the store. Our family shopped at Town & Country from the time I was nine in 1958 until I moved away from Porterville in 1999.
