Dear Wendy Matt, Josh, & Lindsay,
We just heard about Norm's passing and our hearts go out to your family. We remember Norm from our days as neighbors in the Glens. We watched our kids grow up together. As so many people have expressed, Norm was always ready with a quick smile and a laugh. Our prayers are with you and your family, Norm.

As I sit here two weeks later wondering why my Uncle Norm is gone I can't help remembering what a wonderful person he was. When I was young he and my Aunt Wendy would come over all the time with their first Golden Retriever (Beau)and he was always smiling and laughing and happy to see us. Through the years my uncle was someone who always cheered me on through my life struggles and never let me forget that he loved me no matter what good or bad choices I may have made along the way. Uncle Norm...

Dear Yellins,
We have so many fond memories of Norm. I see him cuddled with a dog on either side, legs stretched out on the deck as the "boys" shared a cigar, huddled under blankets cheering widly at the football game, attempting to drive a boat in Wisconsin, his pride as he shared his Mother's Day bouquet creation and always, always his wide smile and special laugh.
Love you,

Dear Yellins,
I have so many fond memories of Norm. They go all the way back to our trip to Colorado years ago to as recently as our house warming party. The last time Patrick and I saw Norm was in downtown Naperville a few weeks ago. He was sitting in his parked car next to Pottery Barn. When he saw Pat and I he jumped out of the car. He was so funny because he wanted to make sure we knew he was waiting for Wendy and didn't make a habit of sitting around in parked cars in...

Dear Yellins,
All our love is with you! Norm was such a wonderful guy to both of us. We would always look forward to his business trips to Vegas, as we would go out to eat with him. And hanging out and watching football at Chanukah and New Years. He graced our lives with such love, kindness, laughter, and fond memories. Thank you for sharing him with us, he lives on through you :)

Dear Wendy, Matt, Josh & Lindsay,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. We will always think of how generous and caring Norm was towards others. His warm welcoming smile when he greeted you at the door, across a football stadium or a tailgate parking lot instantly made us glad to know all of you. Norm, Wendy and Matt you were so helpful to us newbies and we appreciate it. Norm's generous gifts of marvelous hand selected goodies were such a treat for Kylee and...

Dear Wendy,Matt,Josh & Lindsay,
The last words I said to Uncle Normie at House of Emperor on July 18th was "I love you Normie". Norman touched my heart. Your family has touched my heart and my life. We will all miss the way his smile lit up the room and the sound of his laugh.
I love you all and look forward to the memories we continue to share in the future while he watches over us smoking his cigar and smiling.
All my love forever and always,
Barbie
