Not sure what to say?

I think of him often and cherish him in my heart always. He will always be one of the most special people in my life.

Mr. C You was an amazing and great chef in Culinary Arts at FCTS. You are sorely missed. Rest in peace. Class of 1986

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

I had the pleasure of working with Normand more than 30 years ago at a local College campus center. He was a fantastic teacher and I still think of him today talking about different aspects of cooking. He also had a good sense of humor and made us laugh! Peace to Norm and his entire family.

Norm, you will always be in my heart as one of the "good guys". You were a friend and inspiration to myself as well as my son. Never did I think that he would be your student when you were dancing around my kitchen with him, Doug and Bethany as young children. I will miss your smile and will remember you always.
Love, Kathy Jenest South Deerfield Ma.

Great guy, served up the best school lunches ever at Pathfinder in the 70's. Remember Norm,Al Pare and Paul Miller in the cafe and lunch room giving students and staff a lunch worthy of a Michelin rating.Always remember him fondly.

He was my teacher ,mentor and friend at Pathfinder. He sang when we cooked. One of the nicest people I ever knew.God Bless. My condolences to the family.

To all the family

I still remember the first time Sharky took me to your parents home. It was a little bit overwhelming to meet you all at once. But from day one your family made me feel so welcome. We had many good times playing cards, Janet and I, against Popeye and Sharky. And needless to say the men did not like to lose. I will cherish the fond memories and good times with all of you. Please remember, when someone you love becomes a memory, those memories become treasures and...

Such a genuinely kind and giving soul, Norm's light definitely made the halls of Franklin County Tech, it's staff and students brighter and wiser.
