My condolences to Ms Naomi and family and friends Ms Norris was a very sweet lady

Ms. Norris Welch was more than a neighbor to my parents and I. She and her sister, Ms. Naomi felt like family. We celebrated all of the beautiful highs of life and shared the lows throughout the years as well. She will truly be missed, but my parents and I will continue the beautiful friendship we have with Ms. Naomi. Rest in peace with the Heavenly Father Ms.Norris, until we meet again.
