Not sure what to say?

George Hall.... Hall's Speed Shop... Wow! What a great time to have lived... I was one of the neighborhood kids who rode our bicycles down to Hall's and drooled over the treasures on display.. George gave me a real "Hall's Speed Shop" decal about 1954.. I kept it and it was the first decal on my first car, a '57 Chev...I still buy "stuff" from Hall's because Gene has continued the Hall's legacy..George will always be a part of Wichita history.. I just stumbled across this site and had to say...

We are thinking of you in your time of sadness. Bless you.

With deepest sympathy and may God Bless..............

Very sorry to hear of Georges passing. My first job out of high school was working at Halls Speed Shop in 1954. My condolences-- Turk

Marilyn and family,

Our deepest sympathy goes out to you and yours. May your sadness be lifted by knowing that so many people care about you in this time of sorrow.

As a kid and later as a young man George left a lasting impression on me. He was a man who took pride in everthing in his life. I was lucky to have been in Karting early in my life and living not far from the Speed Shop spent more time there than I should have. To George and his family I Thank You for being a part of my life.

sorry to hear of georges passing my condolences to you and yours

George, You made me feel proud to wear "Hall's Speed Shop" team racing attire (which I still have). Thank you for our beginnings in the sport of Karting. Our families had the best of times together. I have many fond memories. I am glad Hollis and I were able to stop by and visit you all in the last few years. Dad and Mom will be up there to greet you and you can once again have a merry ol time. My heart goes out to you Marilyn and family. Love and prayers to all, Carol (Headberg) Brown
