Dr. Snyder was also a board member for the Perinatal Association of Delaware and instrumental in bringing the first home visitors to high risk pregnant women and moms to Delaware through her work with the Resource Mothers an effort to reduce the infant mortality rate in DE. That was my first contact with Sue , she will be missed by too many to count.
