So sorry and deepest condolences to Louise's family. I met Louise when she was a volunteer at Grandview Hospital and worked many years with her. She was a true joy to work with. She always had a smile and a kind word for everyone who came in to the shop. Our customers and staff adored Louise! She touched so many lives.
