Not sure what to say?

I was fortunate to be a friend and roommate (at Richards Hall) in my freshman year at USU. Ocie taught me, indeed he coached me, to raise my zoology class from a failing grade to a C. Roy didn´t help much , he was too busy staying afloat himself, but Ocie always had time for me. RIP sir. I will always remember those days favorably.

Roomed with Ocie in 1965, he was a selfless human being that took time to teach Biology to a kid from New York. He was a great guy, He is missed.

I met Ocie Austin at USU. He was one of the nicest people I have ever known in my entire life. We became friends and I was sad when he left to play football for Baltimore but happy for him because he loved the game and he was an amazing football player and human being. May you rest in peace Ocie, my friend forever.

Ocie, May you rest in Peace it was a pleasure to know you and enjoy your company back in the day in Pittsburgh Pa. It's funny I thought about you on your birthday and wondered how you were.
May God continue to bless your family,

Vonnie

I knew Ocie at Utah State University. I loved watching him play there then later on TV as a professional football player. Best wishes to the family.
