To the Pender and Fauntleroy Families
Odessa and I were classmates graduating in the George Washington Carver High School Class of 1960. She was a part of our last class reunion and I was praying that she would be here to celebrate our "50th" Reunion next month. But, God in his infinite wisdom had better plans for her. Odessa was a wonderful, friendly and quiet person. She will be sadly missed.
May God continue to bless you at this time.

TO THE FAMILY OF MS. ODESSA PENDER,
I am so sorry that it took sickness to bring our families together, Ms. G. Hatchett. We checked on each others mother, directly across the hall at Riverside Conv/Rehab. You all have that bond that can not be broken even in death. Arlean, Harold just couldn't see my mother without seeing your mother also.
