Mrs. Prather, My sincere condolences to all of you at this difficulty time. It was a pleasure meeting you even under such stressful circumstances. I was honored to have worked for Gene when I was much younger and I was glad I got the chance to see him before he passed. My prayers are with you all. You are a very special lady.

Chris and family,
Your father, a dad, who lived through the great depression, survived World War II, and returned to raise a family and contribute so much to his community. A man who loved life and lived life fully with humor and work. A spirit who was a kin to humans and the natural world. Gene, who left this world a more beautiful place.
All his family and all he touched may now celebrate his time on earth and know his soul is at peace.
Your Friend,
Jim
