OKSANA SMITH passed away in San Diego, California. The obituary was featured in San Diego Union-Tribune on April 7, 2012.
Oksana was one of my favorite bosses during my years with the county. She was so smart, classy, had a wonderful sense of humor and I learned a great deal from her. I have many fond memories of us laughing together at silly things. I was very sad to hear of her passing and I extend my condolences to her family.
