Not sure what to say?

Shirley and Sandy, I'm sorry to hear about your dad. I sure wish I could have met him but I've heard several wonderful stories about him through the years. You were lucky to have him around so long and enjoy all that time with him. I know he will be dearly missed. My thoughts are with both of you. Love,

I'm sorry I never met your father. He sounds like a wonderful man. You and Sandy were such good daughters and you were fortunate to have your father for such a long time. God Bless You!

I never knew Olavi except for a few photographs, one with Olavi as a baby, being held by my father, Waino Lehto, who was a sponsor at his baptism. Olavi's father and my maternal grandmother were siblings. I would have liked to meet him, but it wasn't meant to be. Thanks for informing me of his passing.
Love, Paul Lehto

Sandy:
You are a wonderful daughter and did a fabulous job of taking care of your Father.
God Bless you
Wendy Jane Rickles

Shirley/Sandy, please accept my sympathy on the recent passing of your father. Although I never met "Whitie", I always enjoyed the updates when Shirley returned to San Diego. Shirley, you always had kind words to say about your dad, especially regarding his sense of humor. My condolences to each of you, continue to focus on all of the wonderful memories made over the years.

Please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of your father. I had the priviledge of working with him and also taking his EP class back in the 60's 70's. He was a sweet person and always a gentlemen.

Sandy,
I'm glad I got to know your dad. He was a gentleman and a charmer. You couldn't dislike him, even though he was a Yankees fan! He was blessed to have a such a dedicated and loving daughter as you.

Sandy, please accept our most sincere condolences on the loss of your Father. May the peace which comes from the memories of love shared, comfort you now and in the days ahead.

I made a visit to Whitie not too long ago. I'll never forget his quick sense of humor and his ability to put a smile on my face. May he rest in peace.
