Not sure what to say?

She was a genuine, solid person through and through whose smile made me feel that she really cared. My big sister, Olga. I feel such a warm sense of graditude for all those times she baked and cooked for us, and for the lingering memories. She slipped away, but she will never be far from those who loved her most. She left behind a valuable legacy. She was a devoted wife, mother, friend, sister and my big sister. She is sadly missed but she will never be totally gone. She will be seen in the...

Olga was my sister three years older than I. She was always a lady, even as a child. As we grew older she was the one I turned to when I was troubled. She never let me down. I took my problems to Olga and John and they were always there for me. I loved both of them with all my heart and will never forget them and all they did for me. Olga was a wonderful person and also a wonderful cook and home maker and I'm proud to say she was my sister. Rose Vermilyea.

Liz, you being mom's youngest sister I will in a separate email try to explain the procedure to make your own entry into the guest book. Thanks for all your time and effort you have put into finally learning how to get into the legacy web site. Love Nephew Bill

Thinking about you on Mother's Day, 2005 Mom and you too, Dad. Love your son Bill

Bill and family,

It’s been many years since I’ve seen Aunt Olga, but I have thought of her and Uncle Johnny often throughout the years.
I often think of my last visit with the both of them in Florida. Uncle Johnny shared is home made wine recipe with me, and try with all his might to tech me the different between a good Mushroom and a bad one.
Aunt Olga and I would talk; while she showed me how to make her Hungarian nut bread. I wasn’t as lucky as some of you that...

Since this guest book is for our mom (Ed's and mine) and we are now the recipients of such fine condolences I wish also to register a few words in her behalf. Mom was totally unassuming and unimposing. She asked for very little but gave so much in the way of so much hard work for the happiness of our little family. In the first 20 years of their marriage she made many rented houses into comfort palaces. When they finally managed to buy our first "leaning" house (and almost lost it) she did...

Hello friends,
It's very nice to see the responses generated in Grandma's guest booklet. Thank you for sharing. I'm Michael, Ed and Peggy's son and I'd just like to share a thought or two about Grandma and I hope these words jog your own memories of the times you had with my grandmother. Over the past years, Grandma and Bill accompanied my family and I to family vacations in Destin, Florida. Many times Grandma and I would walk down to the beach, sit in the beach chairs at the ocean's...

Bill
I was so sorry to hear about your
mom, we really enjoyed playing
bingo with her.
My thoughts are with you and your
family.

Dear Cousins, I loved your mother dearly. Your mother and dad was always there for me. What is good in me came from them. Your mother taught me how to cook, I will never forget sitting on a stool in her kitchen watching her cook and talking about everything. She listoned to me.Did you know that your Dad gave me my first job? The pay was good and he taught me how to sand and everything about painting, and he listoned to me. I never doubted their love. they will remain in my heart for ever. Love...
