I wish that I had met her. May God continue to keep Olga in the hollow of His Hand.

Hello Michael,
My name is Linda Shields. I am the daughter of Jean Landry, Teddy’s best friend throughout school. I even believe they were in each other’s wedding! My Mother passed away in 2014 and I talked to your’ Mother several times on the phone and she also emailed me a few times!! I yearned for memories of my Mother in her younger years and your’ Mother did not disappoint! She was so lovely to talk to and I enjoyed our conversations immensely!!
We had made plans to get...

About 45 years ago I have a memory that is indelible about Olga. My husband Bob and I were invited to dinner
at A Russian restaurant with Olga, and her mothet Marie and Nick Gurdin. I believe Lana was there too.
Strangely, I do not recall if Natalie was there. I remember Olga lived up north at the Russian River area.
In a private room in the restaurant a musician played a balalaika and Olga sang in Russian to his music. It was magical, a moment in time I will never...

It is only just very recently that I learned of Olga's very sad passing..Though I never met this wonderful gracious and very kind lady, we kept in touch by phone and cards throughout the years..She was truly possessed of a wonderful.grace and elegance..I was looking forward to traveling to San Francisco to meet her..Sadly, that was not to be..Rest in peace, my Dear Olga...With love and prayer, Yvonne Overbeck

vá com Deus e esteja em paz com sua irma Natalie

Michael - I'm so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I remember both your parents when we were little and I loved them both! Love, Gina (Preston) Castle & Nora Preston (George T)

Sorry to hear of your Mothers passing. I wished that we had not lost track of each other. My phone# (209)505-9370

Had many fun times at the house in San Francisco and the warmth and graciousness of the Viripaeff's was wonderful. I remember Sigon, and Michaels Grandfather when I would knock on the door and ask "is Mike home?" Olga's son Mike and I were best friends. It is with sadness that I hear of Olga's passing. My Gods grace and peace be upon your family Olga.

Douglas Royce.
