Oliver Cornell Abrams

Oliver Conell Abrams, age 91, departed this life on September 24, 2012; husband of the late Ernestine Abrams; father of Oliver C Abrams Jr. (Mark Six), Willie C Abrams, Annette C Abrams and the late Anthony and Alfred Abrams; also survived by 9 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren, other family and friends including 2 devoted friends, Mrs. Thelma Brown and Mr. John Monk. Mr. Abrams was an usher at Bethel AME Church and a member of the Interdenominational Ushers Association of Delaware and the Masonic Order of Prince Hall Lodge #21. His Celebration of Life Service will be 11:00 AM Thursday, October 4, 2012, at Bethel AME Church 604 N. Walnut St., Wilmington, DE, with viewing from 9:00-10:00 AM only. Lodges' services will be from 10:00 - 10:30 AM. Burial in Delaware Veterans Cemetery.
