Oliver was born on February 21, 1923 and passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2018. Oliver was a resident of Jacksonville, Louisiana at the time of passing. Mr Cooper served in the US Army during WWII, and was founder and operator of Coopers Small Engine Repair in Jacksonville. The family will receive friends Saturday 6 to 8 pm at Jones Funeral Home, Jacksonville. The family ask that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in lieu of Flowers.
