Not sure what to say?

Oliver, AHEAD "sic HEAD" of Michael Jordan, a very good athlete and student, Northwestern High School, Detroit; one that enjoyed life and one that laughed and smiled often, yes he shall forever be missed by all whom had the pleasure of interacting with him.

Mr. Harmon and Family, I'm so sorry for your loss. Coach was a great Man and treated all of Wrestlers like we was one of his. A great role model for all young Black men.

I was blessed to work with Oliver at Rec&Ed for many years. He was a warm-hearted, hard working man who always had a smile and laugh for you. He will be missed.

Long association with Oliver on the Citizen's Recreation Advisory Commission[CRAC] and its sanitized successor, the Recreation Advisory Commission[RAC] showed us that Oliver Harmon was a top shelf administrator in the Ann Arbor Schools...his chair is still pretty much empty, and we have, and will, miss him...he should find a really high place in heaven, saved for the very few....

A wonderful person. Always had a smile and kind word. He will be missed . Kappa Alpha Psi my brother .......

Mr. Harmon and Family,
Thank you for everything you did to help students from all backgrounds to have a well rounded education in the Ann Arbor School district. Your work mattered the most because the programs you helped public school students access made their "playgrounds" so much more fun. God bless your next journey.

To the family of Oliver Harmon, may God continue to bless you and keep his loving arms of comfort around you all at your time of bereavement. I will keep your family in my Prayers.

Oliver and I were classmates, Northwestern HS, class of 1954, we socialized on a number of occasions following my return to Detroit in 1957 after my having served in the U.S. Army. Oliver loved to laugh and early on in his career he enjoyed working with youth. Although, I have not spoken with him recently, may his family know that he will be missed by many. God Bless, and may he rest in peace.

I first met Oliver at the Kappa House years ago.. Awesome Dj and dancer who always had a smile on his face. I had the pleaseure of visiting with him a couple of years ago, still smiling even when he wasn't feeling the best. He was truly a jewel to many he became aquainted with. I will forever remember his smile..
