Not sure what to say?

We are so sorry to hear of Ollie's untimely passing; we were out of town and unable to attend his celebration of life. What a neat guy. I wish I had the chance to dance with him on the new dance floor in Civic Park, which he was instrumental in getting built.

We first met Ollie and Shirley when we all moved into the Beaverdale Subdivision in Lake Ozark, MO. Ollie was a cornerstone in that neighborhood...apparently like everywhere else. Some of our funniest memories there centered around Ollie; from chasing a racoon out of his house, to frantically racing to his boat when the white bass were running. It was over 20 years ago when I first met Ollie Hibbeler. He was the kind of person you took an instant liking to. The kind who made you feel like a best friend from day one. Ollie, you were an inspiration and one of the most engaging people I ever met. Your love of life was contagious and I think you enjoyed every minute. You were a great storyteller and a friend to all. Your wonderful personality was a gift that you gave to all of us and we, in the NFLCC, will miss you and always remember.

Ollie was one of the best-liked members of our class at Chaminade, and no less enthusiastic about life at our 60th Reunion.

OLLIE MY FRIEND, A GREAT RIDE I WILL MISS YOU.A REAL LOSS TO OUR HOBBIES.

Thank you My Friend for all the good times. We will miss you.

Ollie was a Great person and a corner stone to the fishing lure collectors We will miss you and thanks for the memories

Please accept my deepest sympathies. I will remember Ollie forever as one of great guys who helped me with my collecting old fishing tackle. We had many wonderful conversations about old tackle, and many stories of fishing and catching the big ones. Sure will miss him. Larry Moellman Cole Camp, Mo
