Oliver S. Illia

Oliver was a great individual, an extremely hard worker, and very talented. I often think of the many visits to the dairy with my parents while I was growing up.

While I never knew this beautiful man, I think his character is the same as my own Italian father and grandfather. As a retired meter reader, I remember this house, and when I read this beautiful story, I shared it will all my Italian friends, one of which is probably your cousin! Thank you, beautiful grandkids, for sharing your love with all of us. It made my day.

I remember him, Mabel, went to high school with Oliver. Such good people. Our Italian families were from that area. Thanks for remembering them, I have never forgotten them. I use to live in Bodega Bay, Now, Idaho.

What a wonderful tribute to your amazing grandfather Oliver! We have so many special memories of he and Mabel, and fun visits at their ranch. The Illia ranch was always our first stop when Trick-Or-Treating with our kids. Their laughter, kindness, and generosity were so greatly appreciated.
