Oliver was born on September 1, 1952 and passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2019. He completed elementary through high school in Nigeria, and received a scholarship to continue his studies in the U.S. He received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from University of Missouri Rolla in 1978, where he graduated Suma Cum Laude. The family will receive friends for a visitation and wake service from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at the Schmidt Funeral Home Grand Parkway Chapel, in Katy. Details regarding burial are pending at this time.
