Not sure what to say?

Dear Jill,
Please accept the condolences of the Case Western Reserve University
Women's Club, on the passing of your father. Both Gladys and Oliver
were always involved in the club's activities, and they are missed by
their friends in the group.

We count it a real privilege to have known Ollie for many years at EACC and Cleveland Heights. He was a giant among men, so wise and aware about everything. He showed his faith through his kindness and caring for everyone. His teaching and talks were full of meat but witty and entertaining. We remember his wonderful wife, Gladys, also, with great fondness. We send our sympathy to Jill.

Dr. Schroeder was a phenomenal human being. He was a great example of how to live and love. He will be missed and remembered for a very long time. It was a privilege to know him.

I am so sorry to hear about Oliver's passing. I have thought a lot about you since he left Heather Hill and am happy that he was able to go on for a full year longer. I know how close you were to him and know that you loved him whole heartedly. You are in my thoughts. Jill

He was also a lecturer to the Institute for Learning in Retirement at Baldwin-Wallace College, East Campus in Beachwood.

When he lived in Judson my wife and I would stop by to visit him on different occasions.

He was truly a great man yet very...
