Oliver Speraw and his first wife, Marguarite had four small children and they needed a baby sitter. I was chosen. They were well-behaved children ib a happy home. The Speraws were fine people.

I've known Ollie since our early days of Century 21. He was a driving force then as he was throughout his entire life. He impacted more people than you can imagine. Job well done, Ollie. Now rest in peace!

My heartfelt sympathies to Ollie's family and his wife, Anne. He was a magnificent man, an excellent businessman, and a fine public servant. Most importantly, he cared for his fellow humans. He will be missed.
