Lena and Kenny, I was your neighbor on Atlantic Ave when Lena was just a young girl. I saw Olivia just once after she moved when she was back in NYC just a few years back. She was such a wonderful, passionate woman. My sorrow for your loss.

I just saw this notice in July 2015 - and while I am saddened I am so very glad to have known Dr. Delgado de Torres. She was a huge influence on me as a student and as a friend. I will always remember and cherish our time together.
