Not sure what to say?

On this 10th anniversary of the home going of Mrs. Olivia Skinner, we can hardly believe that she is gone home to be with the Lord. Tonya, Tiffany and Tierra are in our love and prayers. I can imagine Mother "spoiling" her 3 precious great-grandchildren!! She would say to each one: "It's alright baby, everything is going to be fine!"

Eight years ago, the Lord said to our beloved Olivia Skinner, "welcome home my child, well done good and faithful servant...faithful over a few things." Mother, we love you and miss you. We loved you but God loved you most!
Sincerely in Christ,
Your God-son and family,
R.J. & Inez Cotton & Family

You will be truly missed. You were truly an inspiration to my life.
Shatasha D. Williams the daughter of LaSalle Williams

Mrs. Skinner will be missed dearly. The entire Woodin Street family have lost a very dear jewel. But we all know that God was ready for you to go home to your heavenly mansion. I've know Ms. Skinner all my life and she was always an angel. Tonya you know where you can find me. I will keep you and the girls lifted in prayer. Love you all.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Tonya and her family during the loss of her Mother. May you find comfort and strength in the arms of our Lord and Savior during this time. We did love "Mother". Homer & Barbara Webb

I loved your quiet demeanor and your elegance. You always had an encouraging word for me. I also enjoyed listening to the "conversations" you had with your daughter. May your family take comfort in knowing that you truly loved them and they took great care of you.

Ms. Skinner, what can I say. I will never forget every Sunday after church, walking up the stairs to the piano to get my weekly hug and kiss on the cheek from you from the time I was about 4 until I was in high school. You would always say that I was "sweet as an Alberta Peach." I will never forget you. You played a major role in me becoming a church musician. Your energy and dedication will never be forgotten. Always loved to hear you play the organ, "Amazing Grace" and doing the run! ...

May the Lord bless your family in this time of sorrow.
