Not sure what to say?

I first met Ollie in 1954 at KMOX studio where my Dad worked as a musician. It was my 4th birthday. He lifted me up and sang Happy Birthday to me and I thought he was so handsome that for years I wanted to marry him when I grew up! In 1999 he came to my dad´s funeral (Cliff Frederiksen) and he was still very handsome. Sorry I never knew him as a weatherman as I moved away from St Louis in the 70s.

Ollie played at our wedding reception at the Carpenter's Hall on Hampton on Sept. 22, 1979. Vickie's dad worked at Anheuser Busch. A lot of his work friends didn't get off work until late, so they were late getting to our reception. Ollie was so gracious to have the band play until 2am, instead of stopping at midnight. I don't think he realized how much that meant to our dad and us. We have never forgotten him!! We just thought you might like to know.

Ollie led the Larry Mantese Band at our wedding at Carpenters's Hall on Hampton Ave in 1979. Great fun! RIP Ollie!

Heard him play music at Bar Boucair many times. Rest in peace Mr. Raymand.

I thankfully was taught American History at UMSL by Mr. Paredes (Raymand) and enjoyed his viewpoints and above all, his great voice. Upon admitting to me privately that he was the KMOV weatherman and announcer he invited me to the station to witness what the broadcasts involved ( as I was at that time interested in broadcasting as a possible career) He was a fine teacher and man.

He played at my wedding in 1977 at Carpenter´s Hall. R.I.P.

He sang with the big Italian Band. He had wonderful positive energy, charisma, and a beautiful singing voice. RIP Ollie.

Going to miss running into him at the Lubley´s Bakery.

My favorite Ollie memories are: Emcee at the Hill Fest on Columbus Day weekend Who can forget his prediction of "snain"
