Mr. Ollis "Champ" Forman III

To the family of Champ Forman. I realize this is late sending remarks or condolences. I did want to say how much we love our family in Pell City. I remember when growing up, that mom would bring us (Beverly, Sheila & Terri) to visit. I would always hear great things about Champ but never had a chance to actually spend time with him until our later years. He was everything mentioned in his obituary and more... He loved his family and especially his girls. As always... sending our love to you...

May your hearts soon be overflowing with joy from the memories of the life we’ll lived. Champ loved the Lord and Savior and he lived a happy life. We didn’t have him as long as we would have loved too but, the time we did was well worth it. Gone Too Soon But He Will Never Be Forgotten! Soldiers Never Die! We will See him on the other side.
