Omar L. "Oppie" Davis

Didn't know Omar, this is just to let his Mom and Dad know am thinking of them at this time....blessings eileen

I was in the Army with Omar for most of his 4 active years. We went through basic training together, air traffic control school, our first duty station, and our second duty station. I have never met another person like him. Beneath the outdoorsman/mechanic exterior was a genius. He could fix anything. He rebuilt the engine in my car and in true Lumpy fashion (his nickname with our group), he loaned me his Toyota diesel pickup to drive home to NC. I never asked him anything he didn't...

I only met Omar a couple times, he had that personality and character that you never forget. I am so sorry for your loss.
