Not sure what to say?

Words can't express how much this man will be missed.... the loss that we all feel... the moments we encounter in the future when we wish "he was here"... He truly was a great man; through the good and the bad he did the best he could and this with the "burden" he had to bear. I am grateful that our paths crossed and that we shared life. Knowing him has enriched our lives, he impacted so many of us with his generous heart. Omar, you will be missed and never forgotten. Thank you for being...

DeLeon Family and Friends;
I have known Omar for some 20 plus years since he came to manage Mr. Chen's apartment buildings on Capital and Farmington Avenue. We shared much of life together, Frenchie (our little robust French friend), gardening, marriages, births and deaths. Omar embraced people, his friends were his family. He truly is a gentle, generous, God faring soul. We shared an expression "I am truly the richest person in the world to have you as a friend."
Until we meet...

Desiree and Family,
My condolences go out to you at this difficult time. Omar was a true gentleman, always willing to be of service. May God comfort you during your sorrow.

Wow... I truly can't believe he is gone. Omar was greatly loved by many and has left behind a legacy. We will keep you in our hearts forever. I remember, even when Omar could barely stand, I'd wake up to see him outside my kitchen window raking the leaves, but of course, expecting a glass of hot chocolate! These are the good memories that I will always keep of Omar. You are now in the promise land- free and able to soar through the sky.

Deleon Family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

The Sherman Family

He suffers no more. God has taken away his pain, and we Thank him for that. So to the Family Rejoice, and Praise Him for all he has done. Don't be sad, but be Joyful. God Bless You All.

Always helping people. Omar we are sorry to see you go on. The Lord is faithful. Our love and prayers to all the children. God bless you all.

Desiree and Family:

Life is but a stopping place, a pause in what is to be, a resting place along the road to sweet eternity.

We all have different journeys, different paths along the way, we all were meant to learn some things, but never meant to stay.

Our destination is a place far greater than we know. For some, the journey is quicker, for some, the journey is slow.

And when the journey finally ends, we will claim a great reward and find an everlasting peace,...

OMAR WAS A GREAT GUY. I CAN REMEMBER WHEN WE CAME TO CT AND LIVED IN A SHELTER. OMAR FOUND OUT ABOUT OUR SITUATION AND GOT US OUT OF THE SHELTER AND INTO A ONE BEDROOM APT. HE TOLD US THAT WE CAN STAY THERE RENT FREE UNTIL WE FOUND SOMETHING BIGGER. AND HE FOUND US A BIGGER APARTMENT. THAT WAS THE TYPE OF MAN OMAR WAS, ALWAYS LENDING A HAND WHERE EVER NEEDED. THANK AGAIN OMAR.
