Ona Irene Neal

KEOKUK, Iowa -- Ona Neal, 76, of Keokuk, formerly of Quincy, Ill., died May 16, 2010, in the Lexington Square, Keokuk. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Sand Cemetery, St. Francisville, Mo. There will be no visitation. The Vigen Memorial Home is handling arrangements.
