Ugenti - Onofrio (Nuffy a.k.a. John), of Allentown NJ, who spent the majority of his life in Astoria Queens, passed away on January 29, 2022. For 89 years he was the life of the party - everyone knew the Poppy dance!! Married on earth to Ellen for 61 years and joining her for eternity in heaven....

My late husband Jim and I became very good friends with Ellen and John Ugenti after we met at the Robbinsville Senior Center in 2003. For almost 10 years (my Jim passed away in 2013), the four of us spent a lot of time together not only at the Senior Center, but also travelling and on other occasions.
