Not sure what to say?

"Miss Opal" was one-of-a-kind.No matter when or where you saw her, she was always the same. What you saw,was what you got.She was genuine. She fried the best catfish I ever put in my mouth and she always had a joke or two to share. She loved her family and friends and she had a ton of each. She had all this and movie-star looks, too. I will miss her, but all I have to do is look at my friend Judy, her faithful and beautiful daughter, and there she is. I won't forget "Miss Opal."

Mother, did you ever know that you're my hero. You're everything
that I would like to be. I could fly higher than an eagle, you are the wind beneath my wings. It has been one week, and it has been the lonliest week, that I have ever had to spend. It is said that time heals all wounds, but the pain is
heart wrenching. I have just gotten to the point that I could deal with Daddy being gone, but your being gone will take a lot longer. I miss saying "Hello Mom, wake up,are you ready...

My Aunt Opal was a wonderful person. She was kind, loving, generous and a lot of fun to be around. The last time we all saw her was Christmas a couple of years ago. She came with her daughter Judy (my cousin) and Judy's husband Jerry. They spent the holidays with me, my husband Tommy, my daughter Jenny, and my mother (her sister in law ) Inez.
We had a wonderful time. We miss her and she will always be in our hearts and prayers.

Maw Maw, will be greatly missed and always in our hearts. She was loved by all who knew her. It was an honor to have her as our Maw Maw. Love, Ashley, Terry, Hayli & Savannah
