Not sure what to say?

TO THE SON AND DAUGHTER'S OF "OPAL MITCHELL IT WAS WITH A SADDENED SURPRISE THAT I LEARNED OF THE DEATH OF YOUR MOTHER. I KNOW THAT IT IS ALWAYS A TERRIBLE SHOCK WHEN SOMEONE SO CLOSE TO YOU PASSES AWAY. OPAL WAS LOVED BY MANY AND WILL BE MISSED BY ALL. I WISH TO EXPRESS MY HEARTFELT SYMPATHY AND THE HOPE THAT THE KIND WORDS OF YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL MAKE THIS DIFFICULT TIME A BIT EASIER TO BEAR. MOST SINCERELY, THERESA AND VERNON SVENDSEN

We know how loved Opal was by her family. She will be missed greatly, and all of the Mitchell's are in our hearts and prayers.

Lynette, Just want to say that I am so sorry for your loss.

Mitchell Family-I used to go to Christian Woman's Club now and then and sit with your mom. She was so inspiring and full of life/laughter. She loved and talked about you all often, especially you, Mitch! She will be missed. My prayers are with you.

Mitchell Family. You are in my thoughts and prayers. As a youngster was left at airport while my mom and Opal went off to work somewhere. First plane ride, solo and then license from Vernon. Such precious memories. Opal will be so missed.

Opal was truly a woman of God who had a heart for all those she met. We called her, Opie, in our Bible Study; this lady taught all of us through her casual conversations. Her understanding of God's word came from years of studying and living it to the best of her ability. She was so very practical when facing a problem..her prayer would be: Lord, teach me what I need to know. Her friendship was indeed a gift to me.

Ron and Family:

Our sincerest sympathy and condolences at the loss of your mother. What a wonderful woman. She will be missed.

Sending thoughts and prayers to the Mitchell famiy. Your beautiful mother will be missed by those whose lives she touched. Love, Ann Fuller

Ron,may god embrace your mother as she embraced her family and this earth.
