Not sure what to say?

Opal, my "big sister", who cared for me as a baby..and ALL my life. You were the first Christian in our family & prayed until we all joined you. We walked, worked, talked , prayed, worshiped together.I love you & miss you so much!

You were a good friend and a great lady with such a sweet smile and wonderful attitude about everything. You will be so very missed.
InaRae and Bill

I enjoyed your smiles, your hugs and the unspoken love you gave me.

Opal's smile will remain etched in our hearts and a treasured memory of how special and loving she was. We will miss her gentle nature and good humor. Please accept our deepest sympathy on the loss of your Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother.

I will always remember your visits back to Canada and how you shared your talents and love with everyone who was gifted to be a part of the journey with you. Til we meet again Aunt Opal.....

'O-pah' will be in our hearts and minds forever as one whom loved the Lord in all she said and did.Her home was always open as she was happy to share both her food and company. She has left this earthly realm along with both husband and son to be in the presence of our savior;Jesus Christ. She shall sorely be missed.

Opal was truly a precious lady, and it was our humble privilege to share the final stage of her journey in this life. Cedar Crest will never quite be the same without Opal. We miss her beautiful smile, her laugh, and the love she so freely shared with everyone around her.

We know that Opal is in the presence of the Savior and we rejoice that she is at peace. We pray for the family that they will experience the peace of God in their loss.

Your home - in my memory - is full of warmth, rambunctious cousins, a kitchen table full of food, conversations and a little friendly rivalry (Skipbo or bridge anyone?), and that fantastic cupboard full of bubblegum. And I don't think I am mis-remembering to say that you smiled more often than not. Thank you for living the example of loving people and laughter at every stage of life. You will always be in my heart. Peace be with you, Nana.
