Thomas, Mother, Douglas and Pam,

I was surprised to hear about Grandmother Stanton's homegoing. I have fond memories of her, especially how Jordan loved her collard greens. Unfortunately, I will be unable to attend the services; however, I am with you in prayers. Please convey my sympathy to Pokey, Shavonda and Felicia also. Because Jesus lives we can face tomorrow no matter what. Keep your head up.

My family and I were so sad to hear about Grandma Stanton's illness and homegoing. I am sorry that I am unable to be with Pokey, Shavonda, Felicia and all of you. Please accept my condolence and know that I am praying for all you guys.

I will remember the times Sis. Stanton, Thomas and M.J. would be together. There was always joy and never a time when you did not offer praise to our Lord in the home and at church; as she danced around in her high heeled shoes.
