I was lifetime friend of Orms and always enjoyed seeing him since Ray and I loaded him and his baggage in a Studebaker Champion and dropped him at Vandercook Hall at Western. And before when he won a sweater as the "Yo Yo" champion at Greenwood and First in the late 30's. He was a great guy

Grandpa- It takes a special man to raise seven kids, work three jobs, and still have quality time to spend with all your grandchildren, great grandchild, and your many friends. Grandpa - Words can't express how much I'm going to miss you. From my first 40 foot putt to my college graduation, and everything in between, you were always there for me. I left The Jackson Citizen Patriot more than 25 years ago, working there in circulation and advertising from 1972 to 1976. I remember Orm well and am saddened to learn of his passing. He was straight shooter and a great guy to work with.
