Orval Thomas "Tom" Sims, Jr., 95, of Carthage, Ill., died June 11, 2021, at the Heritage House in Carthage. Services will be 4 p.m., Sept. 10, at Printy Funeral Home in Carthage. Burial in Moss Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be 3 to 4 p.m., Sept. 10, at the funeral home.
