Orville Thomas Thompson

Orville Thomas Thompson, age 92, of Beebe, Arkansas, a life-long resident of this area, died September 3, 2004, at the Beebe Retirement Center. He was born to the late Thomas Henry and Esther Cora Thompson on March 30, 1912. He was united in marriage to Pauline Pickard on October 18, 1930. To this union four children were born and survive him: Willie Mae Thompson Nemec of Eureka Springs, Bobby Ray Thompson of Upland, California, Mary Margaret Phillips and husband Jim Phillips of Beebe and Hays Thompson and his wife Julia, of Cabot. His two brothers and one sister predeceased him. Also surviving are nine grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and one step-grandson.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral is 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 7, 2004, at Westbrook Funeral Home, with burial in Antioch Cemetery.
