Hartfelt condolences from my brother, Michael England and I on the passing of Mr. Oscar. We truly admired, respected and loved him since he came into our lives in 1956. He was our other Father. When our Mother passed away in 2001, he was there for us and I knew it would all be OK just seeing him there. He will, indeed, be sorely missed. Our prayers are with the family as they begin the healing process of his loss.
