Not sure what to say?

Dear Dawilla, I just learned today of Oscar s Passing. I hope you know how much you Both have meant to me. I owe a lot to Oscar. I will always have you both in my heart and I Know I will see him again. Leo passed away last May 21st and I can only imagine the two of them fishing together in heaven. What a memory!

My sincerest condolences to your family. Mr. Bridgewater was my principal at Linsday Intermediate School during the 1970s. I had such respect and admiration for him. He left a positive impression on my life.

Condolences to all the Bridgewater family. Mr. Bridgewater was not my principal at Lindsay but he was very influential in my life. He got us to work the Special Olympic games at Trombley. That was my first impression. I think of him every time I see Special Olympians in action. May he rest in peace.

My condolences to Oscar Bridgewater and family. He got us into special Olympics when our son, David, was at Lindsay. He called and asked if he could be in special Olympics. I asked what was Special Olympics. He was a wonderful man. I could write a book . God Bless all

Oscar Bridgewater was an amazing human being. I was raising a family by my self and volunteering my help in Trombley, Lindsay Schools. He established the Kinder Shack pre school & put the parents to work running it. He persuaded me to go back to school then he hired me in the Special Education program. What a great man. Condolences to you Dawilla & family. He will be missed.

Oscar was a great guy and loved kids and had a way about him to get volunteers. We go back to his days at Trombley School as a Principal (the Kinder Shack, PTA president, Fun Fairs, Scouting Programs , etc). The last time we talked which was a couple years ago, we had a good visit. Rest in peace Mr B.

DaWilla and Family, My thoughts and prayers are with you at this emotional time. Oscar was a very special, caring and kind person. He helped me get my first job as speech therapist in the Bay City Schools. Then, when I was pink slipped he arranged for me to interview in Saginaw Township. When I got there the special ed. director told me Oscar made it clear that if a job opened up in Bay City he wanted me back. A job did open up and I stayed to enjoy Oscar's laughter, advice and...

My Uncle Oscar was always one of my favorites. A great man and patriot. He will be missed. Sending my heartfelt condolences to my Aunt Dawilla, cousins Daniel and Joy and all the family.

Mr Bridgewater was my principal at Lindsay and I use to practice pitching against the wall of the school. One day he came out with a bat and I told him no way he could hit me because I was a.decent pitcher. Well the first pitch.I throw to him I throw a fastball and he proceeds to hit it over the fence by the houses towards Joseph street! I have never forgotten that moment 46 years ago. He was an awesome principal and a pretty darn good hitter too. My condolences to his family and.may you...
