When I worked in the AEP Htgn office in the mid-80's, Oscar (or "O" as he was affectionately known) was also the captain of an AEP bowling team I was on. He not only taught me something about bowling, he was always helpful and friendly to everyone. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing. He was a great guy!

Oscar was the consumate professional. He helped us to design and manage the installation of power lines in several upper bracket subdivisions we built. He was a good man. God rest his soul.

So sorry for your loss, when Oscar retired from the power company, I was hired to take his place. Met him a couple times, he told me if I was going to take his place I would have to learn to shop at Big Lots. He was a nice and funny man. I am sure he will be missed.
