Oscar will be missed not only by his family and residents of Pine Grove but by the many EMT and CPR Instructors that he taught. These EMT/CPR Instructors taught others thier skills that helped hundreds of medics to help the sick/injured and to save many lives. He was a kind and generous friend to all. My prayers and thoughts go out to the family of Oscar Heinbach. He was an asset to the community, and taught me a very valuable lesson in life - that of giving; for like Oscar, I also was involved in the EMT service. He will surely be missed, and will always remain a vivid part of my memory as an EMT. I tip my hat to you Oscar, for you were a very unique individual, dedicated to family and community. A great mentor, and one fantastic EMT instructor.
