We were so sorry to hear of Oscar's passing. He was one of an increasingly rare breed: a genuinely honorable, honest, fine man and natural gentleman. Oscar was of great help to my father and me with legal services and advice. Even more, he was a valued friend of many years. Like others, we loved his stories and easy-going, ever-pleasant personality.

I will always remember him with fondness, and any time I think of him, it brings a smile... which says so much about Oscar as a...

Just today (8/20) we learned of the passing of our dear friend. Though sad for us, we know Oscar is shooting 250s in heaven! We will especially miss him this football season, when we usually banter about the games each week and trade jokes. Save a place for us, Oscar. We love you. John and Julie Russell
