Winter of 2018
Oscar was truly one of a kind. An enigma of sorts. But also an inspiration. He always had his mind made up. Steadfast in his endeavors He was so often there for me when I needed him and I’m forever grateful.
He was always working on something, but now he can finally get some rest - peacefully.
