Not sure what to say?

For some reason, Oscars name popped into my head. I worked at Sunrise Photographic in the early 90's and he was a customer. He became a good friend and always looked forward to seeing his work. I moved to a different State in 98. He did some portraits of my wife and I back in 97. I'm really saddened of his passing. Not something I was expecting. I'm glad Jessica is continuing on with the business. Take care Jessica, he's watching over you.

Rest with the Lord Dear Oscar

Rest with Our Lord

I had the pleasure of meeting Oscar in his studio in 2013 when I was part of a group riding motorcycles along Route 66. Oscar wasn´t busy and he spent a while chatting with me and showing me his studio. He was a friendly man and generous with his time. I´ll always remember him for his kindness and great talent. There will never be another Oscar Lozoya. RIP my friend.

Two years with Our Lord! Prayers for your family

I had the privilege to meet Oscar when I was doing a motorcycle tour along the old Route 66 back in 2013. He signed a copy of his book The Art Of Black And White Portrait Photography that I was carrying with me in the hope that I would meet him and have him sign it. Such a talented man - he is sadly missed.

May the Lord shed his Mercy and Grace upon your soul!

Our condolences to the Lozoya family. So sorry for your loss. His artwork and photography was amazing!

The skies above your studio!

My dear Oscar, you will always be with us in your art. I cherish the times we spoke of music, food and photography. You were a great friend and mentor to me as well as many others. Jessica was awesome to me, but you already knew that. If we could only have more time with you around us. Your "spark" with will be missed but may your energy glow through all you've touched over them years. Many thanks and many more condolences to your family.
