To my De Luna Family, my sincerest condolences to all of you! I know the special person Tio Oscar was. I am very thankful for every visit mommy had with him whether here in the Valley or up there. I know it made her happy to be around her big brother! He's up in Heaven celebrating with Wela, Welo, and Tio Mingo now. Just know all of you are in my prayers. I love you all!
