Mr. Oscar Leon Parker

Mr. Oscar Leon Parker, age 61, of Toccoa, passed away Monday, March 30, 2015 at his home. Born April 4, 1953 in Stephens County, he was a son of the late John Henry and Dorothy Turpin Parker. He was of the Baptist Faith and was a farmer. Family members include his sons and daughters-in-law, James and Shannon Parker of Danielsville, GA and Charlie and Amanda Parker of Canon, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Ernest and Maryann Hix, James Hix, and Joe and Gwen Parker; sister and brother-in-law, Deborah and Johnny Kelly; nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. No services are planned at this time. Whitlock Mortuary is in charge of the arrangements.
