Not sure what to say?

To the Tully family, Your Father was a kind & compassionate man. I took care of Veva Castagnetto when she had Alzeimer's & Oscar always picked us up for Mass at St. Agnes. He was a
very fine gentleman. God be with all of you & may your sorrow be lightened a little knowing how many loved him.

Lt. Tully was my first boss when I joined the SFPD as a civilian clerk. He was a gentleman,a gentle man, and he appreciated the good work done by his staff. My sincere condolences to Dewayne and the rest of his family.

To the Tully Family: Please accept our sincere sympathies on your great loss. Oscar was a pillar of St. Agnes Parish during our time there. Our prayers are with you. Leonard and Pearl Fitzpatrick

It is never easy losing a loved one. May the passing of time and your loving memories, help you in the coming months.
I clearly remember, smiles and laughter on the dance floor on one or two occassions at a Father Daughter Dinner Dance! Our prayers are with you and your family at this time.

My thoughts and prayers go out to all of the family and friends. I had the pleasure of meeting Uncle OZ on a couple occasions when he visited my grandparents in Mt. Vernon, Tx. I feel honored to have known such a wonderful man.
May God Bless you and comfort you during this time.

We are all going to miss Oz. He was a true joy to have at all our family functions and was a great friend to my mom, Kally.
