Read MoreHello, family, I am saddened at the loss of Brother Otha. I met Otha, years ago, in Shreveport, LA, when he worked as a Community Activist for the local Cap-Cab Agency. He always encouraged us to read about our history and to educate ourselves, from a world perspective I saw Otha last, when I was visiting a friend in Akron, in 1978. Rest in Peace, Chico!
