I first met Otts while working on the Thursday building crew for Habitat for Humanity a few years ago and soon learned what a truly wonderful man he was. He was Christian man, skilled in construction, had a wonderful personality, loved the game of golf, enjoyed his husbandry duties at Cooke's Hope, and always had something positive to say. I will always treasure having known and will miss the presence of this remarkable man.
