Mr. Otis was one of the hardest working and most gracious men this world has ever known. He will be missed. I'll always remember him giving out candy to the children before church.

We have so many memories of Otis. We are so glad he was and will always be a part of our lives. May God continue to watch over Ruth as she adjust to him being gone. A sad day for those of us left behind but what a joy for Otis. He will keep heaven running really well. What a special man.
